Regulatory Affairs Forum (RAF) members’ meetings held quarterly provide opportunities for members to discuss Regulatory Updates, BCA Alerts and developments in UK and EU chemicals legislation and other regulatory activities affecting the industry in general. Legislation covered is wide ranging, from chemicals risk management regulations, such as REACH, to legislation specific to product types, such as biocides (covered also by the special interest sector groups), to legislation for environmental protection.

The RAF also enables members to keep abreast of industry developments in general and the activities of other organisations and stakeholders with which BCA has links.

Members can login and see dates of upcoming Regulatory Affairs Forum meetings and minutes of recent meetings.

The quarterly RAF is a hugely informative and useful meeting; it delivers tomorrow’s regulatory developments today. The group’s expertise, welcoming environment and breadth of regulation discussed is the perfect way to stay up to date and exchange experiences with ease. In an ever-changing regulatory landscape, this meeting is invaluable
